I’m Lou! I started sewing in 2020 as a way to cure my boredom and restlessness the first time I tried to get sober. While that round of sobriety didn’t stick, the sewing did! I continued to learn through YouTube, through reading, and through my imagination to sharpen my skills. I’m no Versace, but I’m very proud of the dresses I draw up and create, the bags I produce, and the knickknacks I sew up for fun. The dream is to have a brick and mortar shop full of wedding dresses I’ve designed and pieced together by hand. I’ll get there one day at a time. It helps that I’ve been sober since April 2nd, 2023. This has allowed me to work on my craft with a clear mind and new drive. These are my fruits of sobriety.

The rest is history- and hopefully my future.
